Before creating this movement, I spent years in the healthcare system. That experience taught me that true healing goes beyond surface-level fixes—that lasting change happens when we address the root, when the mind, body, and energy participate together in transformation.

As a Master NLP and Timeline Therapy Practitioner, Somastry Practitioner, and Energy Codes® Facilitator, I weave methodologies that re-pattern the subconscious, cultivate emotional mastery, and attune the energetic body. My background in the medical field grounds this work in practical understanding, while my training in energy healing—including Reiki—amplifies the transformational process.
